What it is:
Basic execution support. You’re there to make sure the client’s plan runs correctly, not to build or redesign it.
Duties:
- 1 consultation (final walkthrough)
- Timeline review (not full creation)
- Vendor confirmations (basic)
- Event day coordination (6–8 hours)
- Cueing key moments (entrance, cake, etc.)
Signature Day-Of Coordinator (Mid-Tier / Most Popular)
What it is:
You step in earlier and refine + organize everything so the client isn’t stressed.
What you include:
- 2–3 consultations
- Full timeline creation
- Vendor coordination + confirmations
- Event rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
- Event day management (8–10 hours)
- Assistant included
- Problem-solving during event
Luxury Day-Of Coordinator (Premium Experience)
What it is:
High-touch, concierge-level service. You’re basically acting as a mini planner + coordinator + brand experience manager.
What you include:
- Unlimited communication (within reason)
- 4+ consultations
- Full timeline + production schedule
- Vendor management + arrival oversight
- Full design alignment walkthrough
- Rehearsal coordination
- Event day management (10–12+ hours)
- Multiple assistants/staff
- Emergency kit, backup planning
- Guest experience management
